Fluid’s Standard 3 Year Warranty

Fluid takes pride in producing high quality products.

Only the best raw materials available on the market are used and together with tight control of the molding process, it assures that you get a boat with very high stiffness, impact strength and abrasion resistance. Everybody with a bit of knowledge about Medium Density Linear Polyethylene will know that these properties don’t really go hand in hand, but we found a good compromise. Test it. The shells and most of the outfitting are molded in the Fluid factory while some pieces are outsourced to reputable manufacturers.

Fluid has a limited warranty policy. They will warrant leisure boats to be free of manufacturing defects to the original owner for a period of three years from the date of purchase. It will not cover normal abrasion or abnormal use.

In the first year from date of purchase, defective shells will be repaired or replaced by Fluid free of charge. In the second year, shells will be repaired or replaced for 20% of the current Fluid retail price. In the third year, shells will be repaired or replaced for 45% of the current Fluid retail price.

To activate the warranty, the owner will have to register the product within 10 days from date of purchase, by sending the supplied warranty card directly to Fluid or to one of the distributors. An online registration form is now available by clicking on the link below.
